What type of exercise do you do?

Our Daddy MD Guide’s reply: My exercise is divided into half low impact aerobic and half strength, focusing on core training. I love the bosu ball, and in addition to that, I enjoy undulating ropes, which allow cardio and strength training simultaneously. I enjoy martial arts and wrestling, as well, but the more you do, the more injury-prone you become.
